The same formula is used for pricing both standard and custom sizes, so your custom frame will cost no more than a similarly sized standard frame.

Etsy only allows a single shipping service to be listed in the shipping profile. I ship most frames UPS to US domestic addresses only. Some smaller frames and items may ship USPS. I don't ship frames to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes or anyplace outside the continental US. I only ship to the address in the order. If the address in the order is incorrect, the order will be canceled and you can re-enter the order with the correct address.

Returns are accepted. I will refund your payment less my cost for shipping your frame. It must be returned in new, resell-able condition. Custom orders are not returnable

Package theft is becoming more common. You should be aware that theft after a package is delivered to your receiving location is NOT covered by shipping insurance. lease be sure that your receiving location is secure. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure location for receiving packages. USPS, UPS and FedEx insurance do NOT cover theft once your package has been marked as delivered by USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking. If a Porch Pirate makes off with your package it won't be covered by shipping insurance, You will need to file under your home owner's or renter's insurance and file a police report. If your receiving location isn't secure you should consider using a package receiving company like Mailboxes etc. UPS and FedEx also allows you to direct a package to one of their locations.

Non-Glare, UV Protective and UV/NG acrylic are available as an option for all frames. As far as I know, I am the only shop on Etsy to offer these acrylic upgrades. Be careful of shops that offer "Museum Grade Acrylic". One manufacturer labeled their regular acrylic as "Museum Grade Acrylic" before actual Museum Acrylic was made available. You might believe that you are getting actual Museum Acrylic. You aren't. That manufacturer no longer labels their regular acrylic this way so if you see a seller offering "Museum Grade Acrylic" they are offering regular Picture Framing Acrylic (FF3).
